“The Six Attitudes of High Achievers”
                                                           High Achievers….

1.Make no small plans

Reflection: high achievers make no small plans because they know what they want and high achievers don’t go small they go big. You have to have big goals for yourself in life even if you’re going to struggle but it makes you feel powerful and proud when you know your aiming for something high. Usually people go for the little stuff because it’s convenient for them. Being a high achiever isn’t always doing stuff alone by yourself but its working together with other people to accomplish your dreams.

“A goal without a plan is just a wish”

2. Do what they fear

Reflection: Doing what they fear means doing they action they can’t do like lest say when someone is afraid of speaking the truth when they know the person is wrong you have to speak up about it and not stay quite. They fear people with knowledge and control people without it. Many people fear standing up for what they believe in but it just takes one person to say what others are fearful of saying don’t give into other people’s fears. Maybe the way they decided to handle the situations didn’t come out so good so now they fear it but we are not all the same everyone has a different way of getting over there fears.

“They fear what they don’t understand”

3. Are willing to prepare- High achievers prepare to win. Many people only focus on “winning” but they don’t focus on how they are going to get there , they have to prepare. When you prepare you will know what you are doing. For example like when you have to prepare  for a test you have to study or take notes or ask someone to test you or you can take a practice test. There are many ways to prepare it is never to early to prepare it actually helps to prepare early because then you’ll know what you need help on and you can work on it

“success depends on previous  preparation, and without such preparation there is sure to be failure”

4.Are willing to risk failure- High achievers are willing to risk failure because they know sometimes things won’t always come out as planned but it doesn’t mean they give up on it, it just gives them more motivation to reach higher. They are willing to try out something that will probably end in failure but they do it anyways because they want to experience new things or want to learn from a mistake. There will be many failures in life but that doesn’t mean we have to give up it just means you know what to do better now.

“You must be willing to risk failure to experience true success”

5.Are Teachable- High achievers are willing to learn new stuff from other people and not just from themselves or what they think is correct. You have to be teachable in order to reach true success. For example listening to other people opinion and maybe getting little ideas out of their opinions. You have to be taught first in order to know who you want to be. If the person is not willing to be taught then how are they going to reach true success, everyone comes from being taught no one comes out of the blue knowing everything that’s why there is people to guide you and teach you for then later on you can reach the success you want.

“The best leaders are teachable”

Reflection: Out if all “The Six Attitudes of High Achievers” it really taught me to do what I fear and that is getting out of my comfort zone. Sometimes people like staying in there comfort zone because they feel safe there but nothing really grows there. Even if you are really fearful on what’s going to happen or you have doubts you can still go ahead and do it because you won’t know unless you try. It also taught me to make no small plans. I have to make big plans for myself because I know I can do big things it just takes dedication.
