Accountability

 Definition: the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility 

Quote: “it’s not only what we do, but also what we do not do for which we are accountable”

I think what this quote means is that we are accountable for anything that we do either good or bad being accountable is being responsible not only do you have to be accountable for when you do something bad but also when you do something good.
